Monthly Calendar PDF with links

This is a 12 page PDF file (one for each month of 2016).  Each tab along the right side links to the appropriate month.  

I use this in GoodNotes on the iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil.  I can write directly on the calendar, which is so much easier than entering data with scroll wheels and menus.

To use in GoodNotes, long press the tab and choose "Open Link".
